NeuroLogic
Studio

Neuro represents the nervous system—the foundation of how we experience ourselves, connect with others, and respond to the world around us.Logic represents the understanding, knowledge, and meaning we create from our experiences.Studio represents a creative, therapeutic space for exploration, embodiment, connection, and the integration of change.NeuroLogic Studio is a space where nervous system awareness, lived experience, and embodied practices converge to support healing and integration. Through somatic integration, psychotherapy, and creative experiences, we move beyond understanding healing into experiencing it within the body, relationships, and everyday life.

Therapeutic Workshops + Creativity

Cultivate a deeper connection with yourself by understanding your unique story, nervous system, and sensory experiences. Drawing on 12 years of experience in occupational therapy, including sensory integration, and a foundation in psychotherapy, I bridge insight with embodied healing—where healing becomes something you experience, not just understand.Healing requires practice, and it is not meant to happen alone. Through connection and community, we create opportunities to practice what we learn, develop new patterns, and support lasting integration and change.

Whats New in Community + Shared Space

I'm honored to be a co-author of Brave Families, a collaborative book led by author Jean Voice Dart and published by Brave Healing Productions.
This powerful resource brings together real-life stories, practical tools, and compassionate guidance for families navigating life’s challenges—including parenting, marriage, senior care, LGBTQIA+ experiences, divorce, disability, adoption, illness, and the resilience it takes to persevere and find connection.
Feeling super grateful to be part of this supportive, healing community of brave individuals who share their vulnerability and stories in hopes that someone finds comfort, a needed resource, or a sense of being seen through the stories of others, wherever they are on their healing journey.
Brave Families is available now on Amazon.com. Beyond the book, readers can access the Brave Families Resource Directory and a free monthly Caring Community support group, offering continued connection and support for individuals and families.
